BIC was selected as the builder for the Anderson Ford, South location. The project consisted of converting the Anderson Mazda dealership to an Anderson Ford dealership. The existing facility was heavily remodeled. Some of the affected areas included the showroom, service write-up area, customer lounge, breakroom, conference room, service drive, detail shop, and restrooms. In addition to the remodeled areas, BIC was contracted to add a new Ford banner wall, a celebration bay for new sales, a parts room addition, an extension to the service drive, and adding on to the service garage, nearly doubling the usable square footage.
None of this work would be possible without the exceptional cooperation from all the Anderson staff. Their commitment to their customer is to be commended, especially during a complete overhaul of almost every square foot!
