Find my food & wine columns in The Napa Register every Friday. Concept: Old friend Ken Morris writes "Cooking For Comfort," a food and recipe column for The Register's Tuesday food section. My Friday column recommends wines to drink with his recipes. Throw in my general thoughts on the featured recipe item (Fava Beans, Artichokes, Strawberries), a few chuckles and VOILA!, it's a column.

Things you should know about Dan The Wine Man columns:
1. Read my columns and Ken's recipes on my  Flavor Mountain Blog Page.

2. I make sure my wine recommendations are easily for you to buy and get. I’ll tell you how to order and sometimes who to ask for as you do. Easy purchase & pick-up are required to make it into “Dan The Wine Man.” Wineries, wine shops and markets qualify. If the wine comes from a micro-winery with no physical location, free delivery or convenient pick-up is required. If you require shipping, I make sure the shipping costs are reasonable.
