We're going to be operating as long as we've got operators for NVIS Day on Saturday. Any county that wants to send a liaison can let us know who's coming and when we should be listening for them by registering. If they register before Friday we'll be able to build them into the plan.

If there's no county level operation any participating station can come directly to COTN to unload their message(s) for the DEC and SEC.
