Call Your Members of Congress to #FreeAtaKhattab: Tomorrow, Thursday, April 22nd!
Ata Khattab, lead choreographer and dabke instructor with El-Funoun Palestinian Popular Dance Troupe, who was abducted from his home in Palestine on February 2nd and imprisoned at the notorious Al-Moscobiyeh interrogation center, is still being held almost three months later by the Israelis without charge.
As we continue to commemorate Palestinian Prisoners Day - April 17th - We need all our friends and supporters to take urgent action to #FreeAtaKhattab.
Last month, we asked you to write a letter to your members of congress after Ata had contracted Covid-19 and was transferred to Ramleh Prison hospital. Now we must follow up on our letters and Call your members of Congress on Thursday, April 22nd and ask them to urge the Secretary of State to pressure Israel to safely return Ata to his family.
