BES 4TH GRADE GRADUATION YARD SIGNS
Attention Parents of current BES 4th graders - lets honor our future elementary school graduates with some celebratory yard signs! Plans to order yard signs are currently underway. The suggested contribution is $5/sign, but families can contribute more or less as they are able and a sign will be available to every BES 4th grade student regardless of contribution. TESD KINDERGARTEN AND NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
Students who are not currently registered and who plan to enter the T/E School District in the fall of 2021 should register at this time. Registration will be held virtually for each school. To register, please email the required documents to Beaumont at the following address. A list of required documents is available here. If you are not able to send the documents electronically, please contact Beaumont at (610) 240-1400 to schedule a time for the office staff to copy the documents for you. T/E MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO SEEKING VOLUNTEERS
Attention parents of rising fifth graders - the Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School Parent Teacher Organization is looking for volunteers to help with several different roles and projects for next school year. Clay's spring cookie kits are still available until May 29th! Beaumont's HSA has made over $150 from families purchasing Clay's cookie kits so far! Grab one of these new options before they're gone.

- 6 Assorted Sugar Cookies (butterflies, flowers, and rainbow)
- 3 Bags of Buttercream Icing (bright green, bright blue, and bright pink)

Customers can begin calling Clay's at 610-647-2119 or reaching out via email to get one reserved for pickup any day Clay's is open (currently Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday).
If emailing, please include the following:
- Last name for order
- Phone number
- Date of pickup (Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday)
- Which kits and how many they would like

Clay's accepts all major credit cards and cash payments. They are still curbside pickup only; all customers are required to text when they arrive and one of Clay's staff will promptly deliver orders directly to the customer's car.
BEAUMONT HSA SEEKING VP OF COMMUNICATIONS FOR 2021-22 BOARD
Beaumont Elementary's HSA is still looking to fill the Vice President of Communications position on its Executive Board for the 2021-22 school year. Members of the Executive Board work together as a team alongside parent volunteers and the school community to support our BES families, teachers and staff all while fundraising and creating wonderful friendships. Our Executive Board meets monthly. All volunteers are welcome!

Vice President of Communications
The Vice President of Communications is responsible for disseminating information to Beaumont parents. This includes publishing the weekly email blast. The Vice President of Communications is also responsible for the maintenance of the HSA website and Facebook pages or overseeing volunteers responsible for the sites. This position is a two-year term.

Calling all BEAUMONT BEARS! Show your BES Pride this spring with some brand-new spiritwear from our line at Anchors Aweigh or a vinyl BES sticker for your car window or laptop/tablet case. Note pads are back too! Magnets and travel mugs coming soon!

Conestoga High School Baseball Chipotle Fundraiser - Tonight, Sunday, April 25th from 5pm - 9pm at the Gateway Shopping Center location only, treat your family to a Chipotle dinner and help benefit Conestoga High School Baseball programs. In-Person customers must show this event flyer on their phone or bring a hard copy in order for the team to be credited. Customers can order online, but must use the custom code W49HGYT. This fundraiser is valid only at the Chipotle located at 239 Swedesford Rd in Wayne (Gateway Shopping Center, near TJ Maxx/Trader Joe's). This fundraiser was organized by the Conestoga Baseball Booster Club, www.conestogabaseball.net.
Friends of Easttown Library Little Libraries Virtual Silent Auction -The  Friends of Easttown Library will be holding a virtual silent auction this spring. The dates for this event have changed and bidding on 6 fully stocked Little Libraries will be open from May 1-14th. Bids start at $350. These Little Libraries are hand-crafted by a local artisan and designed and painted by CHS art students like those pictured here. See this flyer for more information.
