ITF Secretary-General Young Tae Kim opened the ICAO Drone Enable Symposium with an appeal to think of drones holistically. Citing five areas for considering how drones form part of the transport system, Dr Kim proposed this approach as the pathway to reap the full economic and social benefits from drone technology. Climate action for almost three billion people in Asia
ITF is working for a coherent strategy of effective policies for decarbonising transport in China, India and Vietnam. A new website for the NDC Transport Initiative for Asia project offers a wealth of research and tools for decarbonisation strategies with the potential to improve air quality and transport for 2.92 billion people. Earth Day: join our 5 000 climate action visitors
From Brazil to Indonesia, Lebanon to Laos, over 5 000 people from all five continents have explored the ITF's online database of transport CO2 reduction policy measures since its launch in July 2020.
