Thursday, June 3 or Thursday, July 15 | 9:00 a.m. | Five hour course
Verbal Intervention (VI) trains staff to respond to crisis situations with a focus on de-escalation techniques and safe, non-restrictive interventions. A few seats remain for the June 3 session, and more are available for July 15. CALL is accepting applications from library jurisdictions, rather than individuals. Each jurisdiction may apply for one to six seats, and we’ll allocate according to demand.
