Development Officer – Families & Communities (Maternity Cover)


Organisation: Active Norfolk

Salary: £27,741 to £29,577 per annum
In this role, you will lead on the organisation's efforts to promote, integrate and embed physical activity opportunities for all young people, focussing on families and communities. You will be responsible for Sport England funded projects such as DfE Leadership and Volunteering and the Active Lives Survey, providing advice, guidance and support to family, youth and community settings to maximise the impact of physical activity for priority outcomes.

Locality Manager

Salary: £36,681 to £40,875 per annum (Scale K)

As Locality Manager, you will lead lead a team of Locality Development Officers across the county to develop and implement a physical activity framework for each place. As a system-leader, you will develop and manage stakeholder relationships with key leaders across local government, health & social care and the VCSE sector, promoting the role of sport and physical activity.

Strategic Lead – Population Health

Norfolk Citizens Advice Foodbank Adviser


Organisation: Norfolk Citizens Advice
Hours: 30 hours per week over 4 days
Location: King’s Lynn & Hunstanton (one day per week remotely with Norwich Foodbank)
Salary: £21,000 (pro rata)
Working closely with foodbank colleagues, you will provide high quality generalist advice with a particular focus on welfare benefits, income maximisation, budgeting support, housing, employment and, where necessary, limited casework for clients referred by the food banks involved.

Digital Team Project Lead

Location: Norwich (with some travel required)
Salary: £25,500 pa

The purpose of the role is to lead and run the Digital Team made up of volunteers who deliver advice via digital channels including phone, email and webchat.

Energy Adviser

Location: Flexible, initially based at home and local office, with offices across Norfolk

Two Energy Advisers are required to deliver specialised domestic energy and fuel advice to clients in Norfolk to limit the impact of fuel poverty on people’s lives.

As part of the front-face of the charity, the Information & Welfare Advisor supports customers and clients to prepare for later life, connect to opportunities to live active and fulfilled lives, understand their rights and entitlements and get independent advice or hands-on help and support when challenges get too much.

Energy Advice Supervisor


Organisation: Norfolk Citizens Advice
Hours: 22 hours per week over 3 days
Location: Flexible, initially based at home and local office, with offices across Norfolk
Salary: £23,500 (pro-rata for part time)
The successful candidate will supervise and support two FTE Energy Advisers, and accredited volunteer advisors, delivering energy advice through email and telephone, and at outreach locations throughout Norfolk.
