This spring, Institutional Research requested feedback on faculty and staff experiences with Workday, Finance Delivery, and Human Resources Delivery. Faculty and Staff were asked what is going well and areas that we can continue to improve. We want to thank everyone who took the time to respond.
Institutional Research administered the survey and compiled the results. This update on the survey process is being sent to all Faculty and Staff. If you participated, your individual responses have been kept confidential. Institutional Research shared a summary of survey results with us, and we are now in the process of reviewing this information. We have assembled teams with individuals from Operations and Finance, University Human Resources, and Information Technology Services to study the survey results and guide our efforts as we work collaboratively to meet the institution's Human Resources, Finance, and Planning needs.
