Conference: Value of Science: Data, Products & Use — June 23-24
The Value of Science: Data, Products & Use Conference is intended to advance understanding of the value of data by showcasing new data, products and use resulting from recent data investments.
The speakers, who are experts from social science and computer science, will discuss how new ways of connecting and linking data can advance the empirical basis of our understanding of the value of science. The results of the workshop will be highlighted in a series of scientific papers in the Harvard Data Science Review to both inform a future research agenda and other public data investments.
IRIS, the Coleridge Institute, the National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NSF), and the Harvard Data Science Review are co-sponsoring the event.
