Happy Mother's Day to all the loving caregivers out there! I hope that whatever you did this beautiful weekend that you were able to spend some time outside and enjoy the wonderful weather with people you love.
This week's City Council meeting will start with proclamations for two causes near and dear to my heart - bike riding and mental health. This month is both Bike Month and Mental Health Month. This past year has been such a struggle for so many. For me, hopping on my regular or e-bike and riding around town helps to clear my head and connects me with our community. I hope this month brings you mental peace and if so desired and able, safe and fun bike rides.
Warmly,
City Council Meeting Tuesday, May 11th at 5pm*

The closed session is not open to the public - though public comment can be received on the items (litgation and labor negotiations) per the agenda's instructions. The regular open session portion of the meeting will start once closed session ends. The timing of that depends on how long closed session lasts, which is unknown.
