Gust is the second-generation offshoot of Cline Cellars, a family-owned and operated winery in Sonoma, California, built on a passion for winemaking, and rooted in respect for the land.
The brainchild of Megan Cline, Hilary Cline, and winemaker Tom Gendall, the project was launched to tap the potential of California’s most exciting new wine appellation, the Petaluma Gap, recently recognized as a superb region for Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. Two estate vineyards (Catapult Ranch and Diamond Pile) are the source and inspiration for the three wines which utilize the region’s exceptional terroir to produce wines of quality, elegance and distinction.
