AUVSI XPONENTIAL. ANRA supported the online XPONENTIAL exhibition through an interactive, dynamic, and user-friendly virtual platform May 4-6, 2021. ANRA team members including Founder and CEO, Amit Ganjoo as well as our Lead Product Manager, David Murphy spoke at multiple sessions during the event, ranging from Remote ID to airspace integration for UAM.
NASA UTM. The recently published NASA video, "NASA UTM: A Giant Leap for Air Transportation" wonderfully captures the legacy of UTM development. ANRA is humbled to have supported NASA in the UTM project since its inception in 2015 and thrilled to see our SmartSkies™ platform in action within the video across the various national campaigns.
Networking and Information Technology Research and Development. On April 27 ANRA CEO Amit Ganjoo spoke about Drones, Airspace Management, and 5G for the Federal Mobility Group at Advanced Wireless Test Platform and Federal Mobility Group, Joint 5G Workshop. The intended outcomes of the workshop are to build awareness of the critical need for evolving 5G best-in-class test practices and to connect 5G labs or test beds with Federal agencies and 5G component vendors.
CoMotion LAB Miami. ANRA Technologies is honored to be appointed as a member of CoMotion LAB MIAMI Urban Air Mobility (UAM) Task Force. The Task Force is focused on “in-air” solutions for autonomous aircraft goods delivery, passenger mobility, and operational enhancements to best serve residents, businesses, and visitors. ANRA looks forward to supporting the innovative efforts of Miami and working with our esteemed Task Force colleagues.
UK Pathfinder Program. The UK Government Drones Pathfinder Programme has announced an additional Pathfinder project in which ANRA Technologies will play a key enablement role.
This project will develop, test, and deliver a UTM platform integrated with today’s existing air traffic management systems operating in the UK. It will provide complete situational awareness with positioning, detect and avoid capabilities to drone operators as well as manned aircraft, enabling safe and compliant BVLOS UAS operations alongside conventional air traffic. ANRA’s SmartSkies airspace management platform will power the program with participation from project partners Trax International, UAvionix, and Plane Finder. The initial trials will be hosted by The Aviation Innovation Centre, Goodwood and will also involve Skyports and Auriga Aerospace.
