Mental Health Matters
Understand:
In this Mindfulness course, AccessHE looks at what’s going on in the anxious mind as well as the three threat responses. Included in the video are two practical exercises to help us perform at our best and two more activities can be found in the accompanying worksheet.
Address:
Join University of the Creative Arts on a free Wellbeing Workshop. From mindful drawing and listening to creative writing, workshops have cross-curricular links to literacy, art, PSHE, design and technology and SMSC. Crucially, they equip participants with the tools to help them to develop their own wellbeing strategies. Available and helpful for ages 1-99!

Resilience:
It feels like the buzzword of 2021 so far! Since it's clearly very important at the moment, why not watch or share this resilience workshop? It has all the tools and tricks to understand and build personal resilience to whatever life throws yours, or your students' way.
