The Relocation and Real Estate Division of the Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) is delegated Departmental authority for the development and provision of technical assistance in ensuring compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (URA), as amended. In addition, OAHP has administrative responsibility to ensure compliance with Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
