We are incredibly honored.

It has been awards week here at Voatz. For the past five years, we have been dedicated to improving security and providing access to voters who have been previously disenfranchised or unable to participate using the traditional voting methods. Last year, for the first time, voters with disabilities, deployed military personnel, and citizens living abroad were able to cast their ballots in the historic US General Elections using our native smartphone app which offered voters a unique ability to audit their ballots using a blockchain backed platform. Soon after, more than 1.6m votes were processed by the Voatz platform for a national referendum conducted in South America - the largest, successful mobile voting exercise conducted anywhere in the world to date. (Watch out for more details on this in our next newsletter).

We did not accomplish this alone. We are deeply grateful to all of those that played a part in enabling us to get here. Election officials and voters who trust us, investors, advisors and partners who’ve supported us, and engaged citizens who work tirelessly to help improve the accessibility and security of our electoral processes.
