Mentorship Program -  Official Launch

We are less than 30 days away from the official launch of the Blacks in I/O's Mentorship Program. As an organization dedicated to uplifting minorities, we want to ensure our next generation of black and brown leaders are afforded every opportunity beneficial to their career and personal growth we can provide. The experience, wisdom and access mentors have can drive the change we wish to see. It is important that we equip our future leaders with the skills and confidence they need to drive their careers. We will host a virtual launch party, send monthly check-ins, and collect formal feedback following the year-long engagement. The official mentorship program launch will be Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and conclude June 2022.

If you are interested in participating in the mentorship program as a mentor or mentee, please fill out the Mentorship Program’s Interest Survey by May 16, 2021. Even if you have completed the interest survey prior, you will have to complete the new survey to be considered. Once filled out, you will then be paired by our team and will be invited to the virtual launch on June 1, 2021, where you will meet fellow mentees and mentors and, most importantly, YOUR mentor/mentee!

Matching you with the best person is really important to us, please take your time completing the interest survey. Your mentee/mentor will be determined based on the responses provided. Our goal is to find the best match for you!
