7 June is World Food Safety Day so in the June issue, we will be taking a look at all things food safety, from traceability and blockchain, food security, and genome sequencing to food safety culture and collaboration.
 
We also address taking food safety into the digital era -  the COVID-19 pandemic has sped up the need for digital transformation in all industries, the local food sector included.
