2021 Arizona Rural Health Service Awards

The Arizona Rural Health Service Awards honor outstanding rural health volunteers, professionals, and programs for their dedication and commitment to improving the health of rural residents of our state. Each year the Arizona Rural Health Association (AzRHA) recognizes the award winners at the annual Arizona Rural Health Conference. Winners will receive a free one-year membership in the Arizona Rural Health Association and a beautiful award plaque.

Second Chance Act Youth Offender Reentry Program 
Grants to provide reentry services and programs for youth with the goals of reducing recidivism and improving outcomes for youth returning to their communities after detention or out-of-home placement.
