 Dear all,

After many years the big day is here, the referendum on the Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Plan is today, Thursday.

The referendum ballot paper will ask you:
"Do you want the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to use the Neighbourhood Plan for the Isle of Dogs to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

Put an X against Yes if you want to approve the Neighbourhood Plan. Reminder below in pictures the Policies you will be voting on.

Polling stations are now open until 10pm. See red dots in the map below.

  • Take your own pen or pencil (they will have spares)
  • You do not need to take your poll card if you have lost it, you just need to know your name and address and where to vote
  • Wear a mask unless exempt

Reminder in 2016 the Council reduced the size of the Forum area to the area in the map at bottom. So only people living in the red zone get to vote. We did try and extend the voting area but the Examiner did not agree.

Please remind your neighbours to vote Yes as well.
