Jeffco Builds: Two High Schools Leave a Mark on Their New Additions
Sharpies Were at the Ready at Alameda and Columbine
Alameda International Jr./Sr. High School celebrated a big construction milestone this week with the signing of the beam and topping off of their building addition. Unable to have a groundbreaking earlier in the year due to COVID, this was a special moment for the Alameda community.

"This Really Has Been A Dream"
Afternoon rain held off just as Columbine staff gathered outside to leave signatures and messages on their building addition's final beam.

The school has already undergone a major transformation inside with newly renovated classrooms, common spaces, and locker rooms. Work is now well underway on the entrance - which will give the school a totally new look - and auxiliary gym. These projects will wrap up before the end of summer and be ready to welcome students back for the 2021-22 school year.
