5-9-2021: Certain Hope From Christ Living In Us-
Part 2

We will celebrate Mother's Day as we reflect on living as branches in Christ again. This time, Jesus highlights the wonderful purposes he has in mind for our connection to him and the privilege of prayer. Jesus lives to share with us, his friends, in the work of his Father and bring God's love to the world.

Sunday's Readings:
Acts 9:36-42
1 John 4:7-11, 19-21
John 15:9-17

CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
Sum Up
Missed the meeting? We've got you covered. Here's the highlights!
  • After the Lord blessed our giving tremendously in March, we are only 4% below budget for our yearly offerings through March.
  • Welcomed new members: Emily Kratz, Eric Glasgow, and Jessi Melsness
  • November marks our 25th anniversary and we will be planning celebratory events.
  • We will be holding a congregation-wide brainstorming meeting around creating a 3-year church development plan, probably in June. Date still TBD.
  • The Lord continue to be with us and lead us forward into the future together. He will!
COMING MAY 13: ASCENSION EVENT!
Our risen and ascended Lord reigns over all things for us! We will gather outside at church to celebrate on Ascension Day, May 13th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. We'll have a potluck (bring a side dish to share) with the main dish provided. A devotion, singing, and s'mores to follow!

RSVP to livingsaviorco@gmail.com if you plan to come so we can prepare.
UPDATE: CHURCH CAMPOUT
July 8-10: Colorado Campground

If you are planning to come camping, please email livingsaviorco@gmail.com so we can contact you as we get closer to the outing.

Also, if would still like to come and want information, contact Anna Bondow at dabondow@gmail.com!
We will be hosting a Church garage sale this August 12th, 13th and 14th! So that means...start gathering your items to sell. For now, we are asking that you keep them at your house. But as the date gets closer, we will designate an area at church for you to bring your items. You are welcome to price your own, or we can price them for you. We will also be looking for some volunteers to help set up as well as host the day of. If you are interested in helping, please contact Margo Hahn at 720-880-8477.
We give because He first gave to us!

Please GIVE HERE. This is a safe and convenient way to give our offerings. If you have any questions, please contact Mike Rogers at 720-839-6021. He can help walk you through either a one time offering, or even help you set up a reoccurring offering.

Remember in Prayer...
Pam Griffin - (Morning Westerberg's mother) - Battling cancer. Pray that the Lord might open her heart that she might see the light of God's love in Jesus.
Merlin Camrud - Experiencing significant pain and challenges related to his physical health. If you know Merlin, say a prayer, give him a call, and give thanks to God for preserving his life through so much adversity the last few months!
Susan Bondow - (Pastor's mother) - Ongoing treatment has finally come to an end! Now Susan is adjusting to the new feel of life without cancer treatment pills. She rejoices in God's blessings on her health throughout this trying time.
George Boser - His brother, Jeff, who has been battling cancer, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given 1-2 years of this earthly life. He has now been referred to the Mayo clinic. Please pray for peace and comfort for the whole family. May the Great Physician care for Jeff, and hold the family in His loving arms.
