The 13th Shanghai Biennale hosted by the PowerStation of Art is open for the next two months. Under the theme of “Bodies of Water”, guests can experience an interactive collection of art, featuring an Australian exhibit.

The Australian exhibit titled ‘A River End as the Ocean’, is a collaboration between Astrida Neimanis (based at the University of Sydney), Indigenous artist and activist Aunty Rhonda Dixon Grovenor, and visual artist Clare Britton. Supported by the Australian Consulate in Shanghai and Embassy in Beijing, this is a great opportunity to see Australian art in Shanghai.

由上海当代艺术博物馆主办的第13届上海艺术双年展将在接下来的两个月一直向公众开放。 在“水体”的主题下，来宾将能够体验由澳大利亚展馆带来的互动式艺术收藏。

The Australia-China Young Professionals Initiative is hosting the second instalment of its Career Talk Series on May 11, 2021, with guest speaker Dr Peggy Lu from Assistant Chief Medical Officer at Shanghai United Family Hospital.

Supported by the Australian Consulate, the Career Life Series provides guests with an opportunity to hear from successful Australians or Australian alumni and learn about their achievements, lessons and memorable moments accumulated throughout their career. We hope to see you there!

On April 25, the Australian and New Zealand Consulates co-hosted an Anzac Day Ceremony in commemoration of all those who have served in past conflicts. The event saw speeches by the Australian, New Zealand and Turkish Consuls-General. Over 200 people attended the event – including dignitaries from different countries, state governments and chambers.

4月25日，澳大利亚和新西兰领事馆共同举办了澳新军团日纪念活动，以纪念在过去战争中牺牲的将士。活动中，澳大利亚、新西兰和土耳其总领事发表了演讲。 共有200多名来自不同国家、州政府和商会的嘉宾参加了此次活动。
 

The Deputy Consul-General at Australian Consulate in Shanghai and the Education Trade Commissioner at Austrade, travelled to Wuhan for a series of education-related events.

Alongside the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), they presented the inaugural Hubei scholarships to six undergraduate students, and also visited the Wuhan Australian International School. Along the way they met with Australian alumni who shared their memories of studying in Australia, and were keen to highlight their affection for Australian soy lattes.

澳大利亚驻上海副总领事和澳大利亚贸易投资委员会大中华地区教育专员于4月22日至23日前往武汉，参加了一系列与教育有关的活动。

他们与悉尼科技大学（UTS）一起向六名本科生颁发了首届湖北奖学金，并参观了武汉澳大利亚国际学校。在和澳大利亚校友的会面中，这些来自澳洲的校友分享了他们在澳大利亚学习的经历，并强调了他们对澳大利亚豆奶拿铁的喜爱。
