Section 19 notice deadline
This is a reminder that the deadline to make representations or objections to the replacement open space process is on Friday 14 May 2021. If you want to make a representation or objection to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government’s intention to grant a certificate, then you must do so in advance of the deadline. You can find more details about the process on the SEALR project webpage. Representations or objections should be sent either by email to pcu@communities.gov.uk or in writing to:
