Concurrent Credit to Workforce Ready

Your students are currently working on their school schedules for next year. One type of class your student has to choose from is concurrent credit. Through this type of class, your student earns high school and college credit from the same class. We offer several concurrent credit classes that help students prepared to enter the workforce while they are still in high school.

These classes are a good fit for students who plan to enter the workforce after high school or students who plan to work their way through college. Workforce-oriented concurrent credit classes are offered through Arkansas Tech University - Ozark Campus. A variety of workforce options are available including:
  • Banking
  • Allied Health
  • Welding
  • Logistics Management
  • Law Enforcement
  • Computer Information Technology
Some classes may require a qualifying ACT (or Accuplacer) score for admittance.

We also offer general education courses through Arkansas Tech University.

The video below gives a brief introduction to our workforce concurrent credit classes and instructors.
