Congratulations on finishing Mod 4! Thank you for your efforts throughout this very challenging year to provide opportunities for connection to your fellow students. It has been a pleasure to support you all this year and to witness your creativity and leadership. If your org has any questions or needs support please don't hesitate to reach out!

Finance & Event Deadlines have Passed

This is a friendly reminder that:

The deadline to submit additional allocation requests was April 26
The deadline to submit a p-card purchase requests or reimbursements was May 5
The last day to hold an event/program was also on May 5

Just like typical years, student orgs are not active during the summer, including Mod 5. MCSG is not able to fund or reimburse you for any other org-related expenses past these dates.

Organization Transition Process Reminder

We are still waiting on a few orgs to complete the Org Transition Process

The purpose of the organization transition process is to set your org and incoming student leadership up for success in the fall. This is also a required step in ensuring your org remains active moving forward. (If your org plans to become inactive in the fall, you do not need to complete the transition process. Please contact msmith16@macalester.edu to talk about next steps.)

The transition process is asynchronous this year and consists of two elements:

1) Presence Org Transition Form

Students who have admin access in Presence received an email on 4/12 and 4/22 from Presence in informing them that it is time for your org to undergo the annual organization transition process. One org leader should complete the form.

2) Org Transition Template

Orgs and Interest Groups will also need to complete the Student Organization Transition Template and upload it as an element of the Presence transition form. For full instructions please click the linked document. We encourage groups to start working on this form as soon as possible.
