Eastern Area Community Ministries Needs Volunteers 

Anchorage Presbyterian is a long-time supporter of Eastern Area Christian Ministries.  Right now, EACM is in need of volunteers to help open its produce program again on Tuesdays. This is when Dare to Care brings a truck with produce in bulk to EACM. The produce needs to be brought into the building and sorted into bags for distribution. From EACM: 

• Volunteers will need to be capable of some heavy lifting and possibly exposure to the weather.
• The exact time for the delivery isn't known yet, but it is usually mid to late morning.  
• The sorting takes a little over an hour depending how many volunteers are available. 
• The delivery is every Tuesday, but we could also work out a rotation if folks wanted to just do once a month.
