Application Reminders

Dear Stakeholders, 

The Department of Excise and Licenses reminds stakeholders that in order to make updates to reflect the changes in the new marijuana code, the Department will not be accepting applications for new medical and retail marijuana business licenses and transfers of location until June. Complete applications that were submitted to the Department by 4:00 p.m. on April 21, 2021, will be processed under the provisions of the old marijuana code.  

A notification will be distributed through this bulletin when applications for new medical and retail marijuana business licenses and transfers of location are available again. 

Licensees are also reminded that Marijuana License Renewal Applications must be submitted on the new renewal application form and must include a Social Impact Plan.
