LET'S JOIN FORCES!
MULTIPLY THE IMPACT MONTHLY
In the beautiful mid-lower Zambezi Valley where you find ZEF’s heart centre of Mana Pools, we have experienced the devastation of elephant losses from poaching, but also the immense satisfaction of helping to reverse poaching numbers. We need your help to keep losses to a minimum.
The combined efforts, innovations, technologies and determination of a collaboration of conservation partners on the ground have effectively reversed a dangerous poaching trend, and this success must be maintained.
Two new threats have emerged, however; habitat loss and an unprecedented increase of illegal gold mining activity now force elephants from their home ranges and deny them access to riverbed water sources and migratory passage.
Our ability to maintain anti-poaching efficacy, reduce wildlife trafficking and also deliver solutions to these new threats is reliant on our community support. Now, we need your help more than ever!
Together we can maintain the preservation of approximately 12,000 elephants in 5 million acres of incredible Zambezi Valley landscape - one of the most stable and best protected elephant ranges found in Africa.
