Hello GYS families,

We are currently accepting applications from anyone aged 15 to 30 who might be interested in filling our 8-week summer student position as the Assistant Choir Coordinator. Please share the job posting with all your contacts. Applications are due May 9.

GYS will be holding our Annual Online Auction from May 21 to June 4 and we need you! This is a huge undertaking for one or two people, but if we all pitch in and help to secure a few donations, this could be a very successful fundraiser! Please share this donor request letter with people and businesses you think might be willing to donate an item or a service for our online auction and support our fundraising efforts. Thank you for your help!

Volunteer Theory Marker

Thank you so much to Anna-Lisa Brewer for volunteering to be our online Theory Marker! Choir I & II choristers can now get busy doing their theory homework! Just scan and email your completed pages to admin@guelphyouthsingers.com.

Mentor Still Needed to Assist Choir I & II for Module 3

One advanced chorister is needed to volunteer 15 minutes per week on Tuesdays around 6:30. Please contact the office to find out more and to volunteer your time at admin@guelphyouthsingers.com.

Auditions

Encourage your musical friends to join us for Module 3. For audition and season information, please visit our website www.guelphyouthsingers.com or call the GYS office at 519-821-8574.
GYS Families will receive a $25 fee credit for each new chorister that registers with GYS in the 2020-2021 season as a result of their recruitment. This credit will be issued at the end of the GYS season.
