This really delights me, to take time and make space to write, receive awareness on, and connect with the moving and changing of planets, asteroids and their harmony between one another. The planets, stars and all the cosmic objects, including ourselves and planet Earth, carry poignant archetypal energies, which help bring consciousness and support to our lives, our psyche, and magnificent soul.

I have a website in the making, it does take time and commitment to actually just sit down and spend time on it. I recognise such a resistance! It is a journey of self-acceptance, of knowing my own power, and choosing to carve out my path, knowing this comes from within me, from the ancient root of all that we are, fully empowered from our innate nature of who we are. Yes!

A little about me ~ I am qualified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Womb journeyer through Menstrual practices including Yoga, ‘Sacred Body Awakening’ facilitator, budding Astrologer in Shamanic & Archetypal studies, and most of all: devoted to my & our journey of wellbeing both physically and in Union with the Divine.
My spiritual background includes Christianity, Mysticism, Yogic tradition & our ancient communion with Nature.

About 3 years ago I made a spontaneous trip to Hawaii, then quit my busy job, feeling the call to slow down and let myself expand on truer creative passions...
This boldly led me to Ancient & Shamanic Astrology.
I dived in, and have been reflecting, studying and feeling into my own connection to the Planets and Stars ever since:

∞ Allowing for clarity to seep through into processes of healing, and embodiment
∞ Retracing my Soul’s steps through eras of time, to remember Myths & Narratives of old, hence reclaiming powerful parts of myself, especially the shadow and repressed feminine
