How far would you go to get what everyone expects of you? Would you break all the rules and what would you learn about yourself along the way? After yet another miscarriage, Tereza, sees her doctor who (in an attempt to cheer her up) jokes that Tereza should try to conceive with someone other than her husband. This remark shakes up her monotonous life and makes her start questioning her marriage, the relationship with her family and the people around her. Tereza is an uncomfortable heroine of this film, masterfully and subtly portrayed by Lana Baric who also wrote the script. This Croatian version of mumblecore features arguably the sweetest karaoke scene ever put on film. Don't miss this North American premiere!
