Highlighted review: Walking for hypertension
Can walking lower blood pressure? Our recently published systematic review looks at the evidence from 73 trials involving 5763 participants.

Findings suggest that "moderate‐intensity walking, three to five times per week, of 20 to 40 minutes duration, and 150 minutes per week for approximately three months could have an effect on lowering blood pressure"

Cochrane Hypertension Priority Setting

Phase two of our HTN Priority-setting project continues. We've reviewed the submissions to our English/Spanish survey (#AskCochraneHTN), which solicited priority questions from patients and other stakeholders and drafted a list of 16 candidate questions. These questions are now being used in a follow-up survey in which respondents are ranking the ten questions they feel are most important to be answered by Cochrane Hypertension systematic reviews.

Stay tuned as we announce the top ten questions to which we will map current & future Cochrane HTN systematic review titles!
