The Caring Cupboard and Nameless received their cheques. 

Social Activity

Members participated in a trivia contest organized by Quizmaster Bill.   Mark won!!!

Committee Updates

Fundraising - Paul 
Sandy indicated that the Horton Street Market will start on May 8 with training prior to the start.  At this time, fundraising from this activity will be directed towards the Hospice.  Scott reported that he had not heard back from the Hospice Committee regarding their interest in participating in the Horton Street Market. 

The first Hospice Committee meeting will occur on April 29 at 4:00 pm.  

International - Mark F


Local Community Service - Sandy

Sandy indicated that the Inn Out of the Cold (IOTC) new site will not be ready until about November or December. 

Meals are being delivered to IOTC on Sunday.  Persons interested in delivering the meals should contact Paul.

Barb mentioned that there are people in need of food served by the Nameless. Supporting the Nameless could be a service opportunity.
