Featured Wellness Mini Grant

CalFresh Healthy Living used the funds from their Mini-Grant to purchase exercise equipment for the department to use and raffle prizes to encourage staff participation in monthly wellness challenges. Their goal was to provide staff the opportunity to meet wellness initiatives through stress management techniques!

The Importance of Brain Training:

Brain training, also called cognitive training, is a method of using different activities to maintain or improve your cognitive abilities! Brain training can help you strengthen your working memory while also sustaining and improving your health and wellbeing.
