Walk around Woodbridge

Artist, Michael Coulter, will be at Artspace in Woodbridge with a new collection of work inspired by his local meanderings throughout lockdown.

Galloper Sands


At Home on the Farm

Studio Sosenka and Ruth Finn are hosting a joint exhibition of work at their studio next to Juniper Barn in Rendham, near Saxmundham. IP17 2AZ.

Studio Sosenka will be showing a collection of vintage hand-painted East European settles and Ruth Finn will be exhibiting a series of abstract landscapes of Sweffling and the surrounding area.

Aldeburgh Yacht Club


Ahoy me Hearties

Aldeburgh Yacht Club (AYC) and Slaughden Sailing Club are both
hosting a Special Open Day on Sunday 23rd May.
Everyone is welcome to come and find out more about these two excellent clubs, with the chance to talk to members and be shown around the facilities. AYC is offering some fun on the water (but must book in advance), and Slaughden Sailing Club will be hosting a similar but ‘land based’ event.

Wellbeing barn

In the spring issue of the mag we chatted with Sally Rundell about her beautiful barn and plans for a series of wellbeing retreats.
Sally Rundell has lived in her converted barn on the outskirts of Earl Soham for over twenty-five years. Set within three acres of wooded gardens, this wonderful family home has played host to countless children’s parties, celebrations and even a wedding, but is now being reinvented as a retreat for wellbeing.

EAAA Raffle


Have a whale of a time

Local artist, Becky Munting is raffling her Large Ocean Relic to raise money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance with the help of Weavers Tearooms in Peasenhall.
Sara and Beth, the lovely owners of Weavers Tearooms, have very kindly offered to display the whale and also sell the raffle tickets, which are £1 each.
Details of when the draw will be made will be publicised later, but in the meantime you can see the whale, buy your tickets and also sample some of Beth's wonderful baking from Weavers.
Please do share this far and wide and help raise funds for one of the most amazing life saving charities.
