Action, not just awareness

For Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to highlight a charity that we have worked with in the past, who do incredible, life-saving work on a daily basis. CALM, or the Campaign Against Living Miserably, is a suicide support service, offering help to people in their darkest hours.

We have made a donation to help the incredible team at CALM keep doing what they do during this particularly difficult time (they have taken up to 40% more calls daily during the pandemic). Please take the time to look at their website and share with anyone who might need their help. And, should you wish to, support them in any way you can.
