Every year (except last year for obvious reasons) we've set aside part of the gallery to feature the pottery made by our talented pottery students. This gives them a chance to make a little extra clay money and for you to get handmade pottery at great prices.

We were saddened to hear about the recent passing of (Leilani) Lisa Lawrence - in the green shirt above - after a short battle with cancer. We met Lisa when she started taking pottery classes from us in 2012. She lived life to the fullest - pottery, watercolor, blown glass, writing short stories and poems, as well as belly dancing, fire dancing, kayaking, raising chickens, and being an active member of the Tacoma community. She will be missed.
