Hugh Hamilton is a fifth-generation winemaker and a bit of a maverick. He crafts Shiraz and Cabernet wines, of course, but he also makes wines from the likes of Tempranillo, the Georgian grape Saperavi, and Sangiovese. This rosé is 100% Sangiovese, and you can expect a floral wine with upfront red fruit and delicately framed herbs in support. Perfect with seafood.
