Board Meeting Agenda

This meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Building, 30 Government Center Drive NE, Bolivia, NC, 28422.

Members of the public may observe the meeting in one of two ways:
- In person
- View the live video feed online using Microsoft Teams
- When you click on the link for the event, after you select ‘Watch on the web instead’ you may see the option to Join as Guest OR Join Anonymously. You can click either option – you do not have to ‘Sign In,’ Download or Create an Account.
- Call to order and Pledge of Allegiance
- Swearing in of newly appointed board member Paula Clarity
- Approval of Agenda
- Approval of Meeting Minutes
- Public Comments - Any individual or group who wishes to address the board may make a request to be on the agenda to the Board of Elections Staff. Public comments should be limited to three to five minutes.

- Consideration of Board Meeting Schedule
- Regular meetings are usually held on the third Monday of each month at 2 pm.
- If we change our regular meeting schedule, we would be able to plan for consistent use of the Commissioners’ Chambers.
