Back In The Swim!
As our Northern Ireland clubs enjoy being back in the pool together, and our Republic of Ireland clubs count down the days to their return, Patrick from Leander ASC has sent us a reminder of the lengths we have gone to in the past year to keep on swimming with no pools!
Aged 9, Patrick, like many, donned his wetsuit and tether for months in this back garden paddling pool, set up by mum Clare.
Here's hoping we never have to do this ever again!

Our club coaches and committees have worked tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to keep club members engaged, active and motivated. As our athletes of all ages return to their sport, we want to say a big thank you to all of our club volunteers who have supported their clubs over the last 15 months.

Date set for last Olympic swimming qualifier
The 2021 Swim Ireland Performance Meet will take place at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre in Dublin from June 24 to 26.
This will be a final opportunity for a discrete number of Irish swimmers to qualify for Tokyo 2021.
