Advance Notice of NDIS Fees Increase as of 1st July 2021

Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to inform you of a scheduled increase to our NDIS session fees, effective from 1st July 2021.
The two changes are in relation to our regular session fees and to end of plan progress report fees, as detailed below:
- Session fee increase (hourly rate) from $200.00 per session to $210.00 per session for all psychologists except Dr Alex Ryan (charges for sessions with Dr Alex Ryan will remain at $234.83 per session)
- End of Plan Progress Report increase from $234.83 per report (60 minute charge) to $352.24 per report (90 minute charge)
Session charges:
Our session charges with all psychologists except Dr Alex Ryan will still be charged at a rate that is lower than the NDIS maximum rate (price limit) of $234.83 per hour.
Each financial year, the NDIS release a Price Guide. If the NDIS raises the current price limit from July 1st, they will also index your funding (a funding increase) to reflect this change.
Regardless of changes to NDIS price limits, we will honour your current service agreement. This means that if your funding is exhausted before your plan ends due to a fee increase, we will ensure you still receive the number of sessions outlined in your current service agreement.
End of Plan Progress Reports:
Reports will now be charged at 90 minutes, rather than 60 minutes. This is due to reports becoming increasingly comprehensive, with additional outcome measures data included in reports. Our aim is to provide as much information as possible to give participants the best chance of receiving adequate funding for their required supports.
