The event is titled “Breaking Down Barriers: Addressing Challenging Research and Regulations,” and is a two day conference with sessions on a variety of topics including emergency research, community consultation, return of individual results, community engagement, privacy and more! This event is geared towards anyone involved with Human Research - human research protection professionals, researchers, research coordinators, and institutional review board (IRB) chairs, members, administrators, as well as institutional officials.

Sessions marked with ** meet the criteria in the for Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) and Certified IRB Professional (CIP) recertification guidelines at https://primr.org/cip/recertification
and are eligible as accredited continuing education units.
A maximum of 8 hours of continuing education credits can be claimed for both days or 4 hours for each day.
These sessions are eligible as accredited continuing education units for CIP and SOCRA accreditation and provide nursing continuing professional development contact hours (NCPD).
Children’s Health Clinical Operations is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
