May Ministries that Matter


We collected $1,638 for Briarwood this month!

For our monthly service project, please join us next Saturday, May 22 from 10am-noon to help beautify Briarwood’s campus by gardening and doing trail work.
 

Congregational Meeting


Faith will hold its annual congregational meeting on Sunday, May 23 after the 11:00 am service, starting no later than 12:30.  The purpose of this meeting is to elect members to the Congregation Council and to approve the combined church and day school 2021-2022 Ministry Plan.

Lifeline Screening


Lifeline Screening will be here Saturday, May 22 from 9 – 5.

God SQD


This past week, God SQD had a blast doing archery out at Briarwood. Our focus was on looking at how God has created us with a purpose and for a purpose and that God directs us and guides us. God is the archer and we are the arrow. Our next event will be on Sunday, June 6th at 5:30pm. This is a family church dinner and movie night. We will be watching Avengers Endgame (PG-13). Faith Kids

Greetings Faith Kids Families, this is the second week of our Fruit of the Spirit Summer series! This week’s theme is joy, and the fruit is the orange! Our next in person FKs is Sunday, May 30th when Faith Kids worship will be at the 9am and 11am services! Thanks for continuing to worship with us virtually or in person.

Also, join us as a family on Sunday, June 6th at Briarwood (670 Copper Canyon Rd  Argyle, TX  76226) for a summer kick off!  We will be fishing around the pond and making smores. The event will start at 2:30pm.

Summer Camp Volunteers
We are looking for outgoing and energetic disciples who will assist with leading activities and helping to shape young children’s lives. We need volunteers for all week or for just the day. Please fill out the volunteer forms below to sign up for VBS or Musical Camps.

Small Group Leaders Meeting


All Small Group Leaders will meet on Sunday, June 6th after the 11am service for lunch and a time to check in and regroup. (There will also be a Zoom link available.) This month we will be meeting on Thursday, June 24 at 6:00pm (location TBA). If you missed out last time don’t worry, Cheers to the Good News will be continuing all summer long!

June Blood Drive

  1. Reserve your seats- To help us prepare for your visit, please reserve your seats using our sign up link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d4ea9ac29a3f85-inperson. Limited nursery will be available.
  2. Know the Safety Precautions- Masks are recommended but not required. Hand sanitation stations are placed throughout the worship area. There is still a High Risk seating section available- just indicate that you would like to sit there in your online reservation above. If you sit in the High Risk section, you will have to wear a mask. Thanks for helping us keep each other safe!
