Dear RWHAP Recipients and Providers,
The Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Initiative Triannual Report is now available to complete via the HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs). This submission covers reporting period January 1 - April 30, 2021. Both the EHE Triannual Recipient Report and associated EHE Triannual Provider Report(s) are due on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.
All recipients and providers receiving EHE funding must complete the EHE Triannual Module.

- The EHE Instruction Manual serves as your go-to resource for all EHE-related questions. The Manual includes detailed information about data submission steps, data collection, reporting requirements, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
