Hello, Co-op friends and fans!
It's so nice seeing so many of you coming into the store these days as more and more folks get fully vaccinated. I encourage you to keep on coming and tell your friends and neighbors about Co-op and why they should check us out, too! We've generally got something new and interesting and old favorites, too! Remember, masks are still required indoors. Please continue to mask up and let's not quit being safe sooner than we should. Pharmacy is still getting a steady supply of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, if you know someone who needs it. Use this scheduler-

Fair Trade Month continues
Fair Trade is, simply put, a better way of doing business. Consumers have positive impact on the communities where our food comes from simply by purchasing Fair Trade items! This month we have an end cap of some of our favorite Fair Trade items including a great sale on Equal Exchange coffees, chocolates, and teas! Check out this short video that explores the issue of how Fair Trade also supports sustainability efforts world-wide.

More good choices for lunch, snack, or dinner at the Co-op
Did you know that Co-op has sushi available, freshly made for us every ding dang day? It's true! We've moved it to a more visible spot in the self service deli case at the end of the freezer aisles and we're also expanding the selection, too. We're also pleased to be offering a good selection of vegetarian sushi and veggie spring rolls, too. Sushi is a healthy, quick, and wonderful choice and we're glad to give it more prominence in the store! The deli has also ramped up production of our hot food bar. Everyday we cook delicious comfort food for you to enjoy and we keep it fresh and warm throughout the day. We're there for you whatever time of day, we even have awesome breakfast sandwiches to kick off your morning! And on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we have your dinner already planned!

Happy Graduation Class of 2021
Congratulations to our various college and university students graduating soon! Sorry, it was so weird for the past year, but I hope you know your family, friends, and community are proud of you! If you've got a grad in your life we have it on good authority that they like food and snacks and could always use a good meal! Co-op can help! We've also got Graduation cards, too.
Have a wonderful week!
