Changes to COVID-19 tenancy arrangements from
1 May to 30 September

The Queensland Government has made some changes to COVID-19 arrangements for residential tenancies, effective 1 May to 30 September 2021. Notably, entry restrictions and relaxed repair and maintenance obligations no longer apply. Corresponding RTA forms have been updated in line with these changes so please check you are using the latest versions.
