Introduction: At HopeSpring, we want to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our current and future users by means of obtaining your feedback. Below you will find a link to a survey, the data will be used to assist on future topics and challenges that should be addressed and included in programs and workshops.
Immediate Use: Nohelia, our Volunteer and Programs Coordinator at HopeSpring has partnered with Renee Lawson in order to create a physiotherapy program for HopeSpring users. The feedback received will help immediately to tailor this program to your needs.
Renee is a 2nd year honours student in Kinesiology and Psychology attending Wilfred Laurier University. Being the recipient of the Menich Award, has allowed her to partner with HopeSpring for her first co-op term. Her task at HopeSpring is to create educational and meaningful programming to help members learn more about health and physical activity with physiotherapy.
The resulting physiotherapy program being introduced at HopeSpring summer 2021, will help cancer patients potentially build important muscles that may have been lost during chemotherapy treatments. Renee will base her program designs on your survey answers, allowing her to lead members through a more personalized physiotherapy experience. Watch for sign up and registration coming soon.
Time: This short 10 question survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your answers will allow us to better meet your expectations for the new physiotherapy program.
We look forward to receiving your comments! As always your feedback is confidential. Deadline for submissions is June 2nd, 2021.
