The Last 10% of Faith
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6)
The maturing believer understands that God's whole agenda with us is to restore us to a position of trust in Him. It's always about faith. He orchestrates circumstances with amazing precision to push us into corners where faith is the only option. Solomon agrees and encourages us to "trust in the Lord (the positive command) and "do not lean on your own understanding" (the negative command).

Jude 1:25
All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen.
Like me, I'm sure many of you have felt wholly inadequate and undeserving of many of the blessings God has given us. In our world today, there is intense pressure to show that you have everything together. This pressure increases as we attempt to steal the glory for the things in our life. The truth is we are nothing but dust and ash. It is only because of God's grace, mercy, and great love that we have anything. Let us come Sunday with enthusiastic and sincere gratefulness to express our love for the Lord and all He has done. Here are the songs that will help us do that.

Preschool Classes: Our Preschool Sunday attendance is continuing to increase! As we begin to split up classes in the preschool department, we are praying for volunteers who would be willing to share the love of Jesus with these boys and girls on a monthly or weekly basis – please see Stephanie Hambrick if you would be interested in helping out!
Coffee Center: Our Coffee Center is getting a lot of attention these days! We could us a few more hands to make and serve the coffee at both or one of the services! Happy Thursday Friends!
Summer is coming quickly! Only a few more days of school and then FREEDOM for the kids! 😉I wanted to let you know about a couple of opportunities for this summer for families to participate in. First, on Wednesday night, June 23, GraceLife families are invited to Calfee park in Pulaski to watch a baseball game together. Boys and girls will be admitted free and parents tickets are only $5. In order to obtain the free tickets and discounted parent tickets we need everyone to sign up to root for the Pulaski Turtles. (Children must have a responsible adult with them.) The deadline to sign up is June 15 and tickets have to be purchased at that time. — Pastor Dave

VBS begins in a little less than two months from now on July 18-22 from 6:00-8:30 each evening. We are still in need of volunteers to work with our preschool and elementary students for the week! Also, if you have a hobby or something that you are passionate about, and would like to spend thirty minutes each evening during VBS teaching about it, I would love to talk with you! Boys and girls pick tracks to attend for part of VBS. God may want to use you and your passion (perhaps a sport, craft, game, hobby, etc) to help reach boys and girls for Jesus! See Pastor Dave if you would like to serve!
