It has been a while since we have last given an update from the school. The reason why we have been silent for so long is that we wanted to give some good news after such a long time of despair and craziness.
First of all, I need to express my profound gratitude to all of you who have been patiently waiting for so long, supporting us with our online lessons, keeping your payments as credits, supporting us on Patreon, or even just via email with kind words or thoughts. It has meant a lot to me and I thank you. I am still standing today and can still admire my beautiful garden thanks to all of you who have believed in me and in the school’s mission.
So here we are. Back again eager to welcome you all to the school to share good food and good wine around the table with nice people.
We are announcing new school activities from June 2021 to June 2022. We are trying to keep our website as updated as possible, so you will also find links and information below.
Hospitality 2021
Our typical class offerings and overnight stays will be available from June 15 to July 15, 2021 and start again in the late summer/fall with our Tomato Paste Workshop until November 15, 2021. You are welcome to book with us everything from a lunch lesson to a five night stay. As always, our website outlines the offerings with the exception of the Farm Stay Offers which you will find below.
Farm Stay Offers 2021
As you know from our last email, we have some special offers as the uncertainty subsides and travel restrictions hopefully change. If you're looking to experience Case Vecchie at its most peaceful with a group of friends or family, this might be the solution for you. Please refer back to our newsletter above. Also available are two Yoga workshops May 31st to June 6th, 2021 and June 14th to 20th, 2021. Please note that Farm Stays and Yoga Retreats don't offer the typical culinary experiences of our hospitality program.
